The Company is a multinational investment group that specializes in high-end and experimental technology companies. Based in Santa Monica, California, the Company assists distressed companies in reaching profitability or attaining a successful M&A transaction.

• The Situation

During the economic downturn that sent many technology companies into a downward spiral, The Company started amplifying and expanding its investments. The company found that they needed investment advisory services to conduct thorough research on their portfolio companies and also wanted to take a proactive approach to conducting technology analysis on future investments.

• Findings

inTRUST dedicated a group of experts to conducting Investment Advisory Services for The Company, advising the company during the pre-investment stage, assisting and supporting their portfolio companies with their particular Information Technology needs with a Virtual-CTO contract, and providing advisory services to help the Company and its conglomerates determine how to execute their technology plan so they could make more informed investments and attain profitability.

• The Result

The Company has successfully invested and/or acquired full control of several of their portfolio companies based on InTRUST’s investment advisory services. inTRUST retains a virtual CTO contract with several of these companies and continues to advise The Company on future investments.
