Mehdi Alami - Chief
Executive Officer
Mr. Alami founded inTRUST Technologies in 2001
and currently serves as its Chief Exective Officer. Prior to founding InTRUST
Technologies, Mr. Alami served UGO Networks as its Executive Vice President of
Technology Solutions. In this capacity, Mr. Alami was responsible for overall
business development strategy and implementation, which included identifying and
negotiating high impact strategic partnership opportunities in several market
segments. Mr. Alami managed all operating areas of UGO Technology Solutions, a
service provider for hosting and managed services. Prior to joining UGO
Networks, Mr. Alami was an Investment Banker at Burnham Securities. He worked in
the firm's Corporate Finance Department, specializing in providing advisory
services, strategic planning and distributing and marketing private and public
debt and equity securities to foreign and domestic institutional investors. Mr.
Alami focused on start up, development stage, emerging growth and middle market
companies in the information technology, healthcare, media and communications
industries with an emphasis on capital markets and investment banking. Prior to
Burnham Securities, Mr. Alami was with Société Générale, focusing on providing
advisory services and growth capital to emerging growth companies including
negotiating, structuring, executing and sourcing capital. Mr. Alami received his
BA from Boston College and his MBA from New York University
Manny Berrios - Chief Technology
Officer
Mr. Berrios brings to inTRUST Technologies an
extensive background of technology leadership and business experience as the
company's CTO. Prior to founding inTRUST Technologies, Mr. Berrios served as
Chief Technology Officer for UGO Networks Inc. In this capacity Mr. Berrios
built UGO Networks corporate technology infrastructure and built, deployed and
managed the data centers of UGO Technology Solutions, a service provider for
hosting and managed services. In addition, Mr. Berrios developed UGO's
advertising distribution affiliate network and oversaw UGO's e-commerce
initiatives. Prior to joining UGO Networks, Mr. Berrios held the CTO positions
of several online gaming startups; ActionWorld, Playlink.com and Gamedealer.com.
Prior to joining the Internet craze, Mr. Berrios worked at ICON CMT, a premier
network operations company, as a Senior Security Engineer on the Advanced
Implementation Team, as part of which he consulted several Fortune 500 companies
and designed, built and managed their business technology infrastructures. Prior
to ICON, Mr. Berrios was Senior Security Engineer for Lehman Brothers'
Internet/Intranet development team configuring internal and external security
systems. Prior to Lehman Bothers, Mr. Berrios was VP of Information Technology
for YWARE Inc., a security and cryptography development firm that created
applications which help to prevent software from being copied. In 1993, Mr.
Berrios founded IT Labs, a provider of technology strategies, and security
consulting. Mr. Berrios began his career in information technology in 1990 at
Videograf @ctive Media, a multimedia production house as the Director of
Engineering.
Alexander Spinelli - Chief Application
Architect
Most recently the Vice President and Chief
Technology Officer at Comedy Central (a Viacom Company), Alexander was
responsible for all interactive and Internet based technologies for the company.
Brought on to completely re-build all Internet and Digital technology
infrastructures and software from the ground up, Alexander built and managed a
new state of the art digital media platform from which Comedy Central can pursue
its interactive ventures, including Interactive TV, VOD, PPV, streaming media
services, content syndication, online gaming, wireless, e-Commerce and Internet
(website) initiatives. Comedy Central digital media initiatives reach over
4,000,000 unique visitors each month and send over 20 million legitimate emails
per month.
Earlier in his career Alexander served as a senior
software architect for several Internet pioneers.
