Deployment services are scaled to the client's scope of work, and may include some or all of the following activities.

Project team recruitment, planning and management
InTRUST Technologies is experienced with participation in and management of projects small and large. Employment of our methods guarantees customer satisfaction with network products delivered in a timely and economic manner.

A cooperative project team of inTRUST professionals and client staff is established to conduct and oversee progress. Team members are assigned specific tasks. Task dependencies are identified and the projects are managed to ensure accurate and timely completion.

Deploy the new network
New network infrastructure is configured and pre-deployed in parallel and without impact to the existing network whenever possible. Network downtime required for physical transition are kept to a minimum, allowing sufficient time to implement contingency plans if necessary.

Produce "as built" network documentation
The final network product is documented in detail. Documentation includes diagrams, equipment configuration, equipment and line inventory, as well as support procedures. This documentation is used by technology staff to provide on-going network support and by network architects to further enhance or upgrade the network.

Provide internal IT staff training
inTRUST Technologies can customize and deliver training programs for on-site network support staff.

Throughout all phases of the project, inTRUST Technologies maintains project status documentation and routinely updates company management.
